Turlock Headworks & Secondary Treatment Capacity Expansion

Phase 1 of The City of Turlock Regional Water Quality Control Facility Headworks and Secondary Treatment Capacity Expansion Project included a Hallsten extruded flat aluminum cover system over Equalization Basin No. 1. This large overhead truss supported Hallsten aluminum cover system was designed to enclose the entire basin and allow plant personnel walkable access from above. Sized at nearly an acre, this is the largest singular cover that Hallsten has produced to date.
