Our quality standards and attention to detailing durable solutions have kept Hallsten docks in use throughout the west coast.

Reliable Surfaces

Public facility dock systems are often used and abused by the general public and must be up to the task in order to stay in good condition. We are able incorporate stainless steel or structural steel components, hot dip galvanized after fabrication, in order to maintain critical connections. Hallsten’s patented aluminum decking provides a non-skid, reliable surface that keeps people of all ages feeling surefooted.

We also have the ability to incorporate other decking products on our floating structures if the situation presents itself. These docks can be attached to existing piling or designed with new anchoring methods.

Most docks come outfitted with standard features that can be adjusted in size or quantity:

Mooring cleats, fender bumpers, anchorage points, hinges and floatation units.

Other items can be incorporated based on specifications:

Ladders, ADA grab rails, winch stands, pile guides, legs, and wheels.

Corrosion Resistance

The extreme corrosion resistance of aluminum in combination with the inherent strength of aluminum extrusions provided the basis for a marine structural system that provided unmatched quality and value.
